I hereby inform you that according to the
relative charter party of my principals requested cargo heating instruction as
belows..
MOLASSES:____________38-40oC
Northwithstanding
this request you provided cargo
temperatures as
MOLASSES avarage 26oC
Therefore
this to inform you that the shipper and/or the party dealing with loading the
cargo will be held responsible for the insufficient cargo temperatures and
extra expenses may arise againts the vessel’s owner due to the extra bunkers to
raise the cargo temperature to the required carriage temperatures owners
preserve their rights under the charter party.
