RE:M/T ............ at MUMBAI, 21.11.2003 Loaded LAB for MOKHA / YEMEN
Dear Sirs,
I do hereby undersıgned the master of above
mentioned vessel became alongside the port of MUMBAI on the 21ST of november 2003
at 18:24 LT and commenced loading cargo of
LAB on the same day at 21:18 LT.
Loading
of LAB was completed on 22th of november
2003 at ..........LT. However the cargo documents were delivered by the
surveyor and shipper's representative on board at ........... LT, we have not
been delivered any quality & origine certificate of the above mentioned
cargo.
Therefore this to inform you that the shipper
and/or the party dealing with loading
the cargo will be held responsible for non delivery of quality
certificate and/or disagrement on the documents.
I have to hold you on behalf of my owners
fully responsible for the consequences resulting from the above.
