RE:M/T ....... at KARACHI on 09.02.2004 Loaded molasses for LATTAKIA

Dear Sirs,

  As you are well aware of that upon arrival at your termınal, I had requested a loading rate of 300 cbm/hour.Notwithstanding this request you have provided a loading rate only  100 cbm/hour.

  Therefore this to inform you that the shipper and/or the party dealing with loading the cargo will be held responsible for the slow loading  rate and duely any lose or extra expenses may arise againts the vessel and/or owner due to the delay.There is no delay on owner's account and the owners preserve their rights for any time loss under the charter party.

   I have to hold you on behalf of my owners fully responsible for the consequences resulting from the above.
