REQUEST DISCHARGING RATE FROM SHORE     :           7000 CuM/H

SHIP DISCHARGE RATE CAPACITY                          :           12000 CuM/H

There for, In order to protect the interests of the vessel, her Owners, Charterers and Agents, I hereby, Note Protest for the above  and, I hold you fully responsible and reserve the Rights of my principals to claim against you for all time loss, penalties and expenses incurred, if any, arising as a result of the above.  I further, reserve the right to extend the protest for the above at time and place convenient at a future date.
