General cargo ship NAVAHO going to anchor, came too close to anchored bulk carrier OXANA V at Zeytinburu Anchorage, Istanbul, Marmara sea, NAVAHO anchor chain entangled with bulk carrier propeller. Accident occurred late at night Feb 25. As of 0500 UTC Feb 26 both ships, according to tracks, remained entangled, with tug, service and patrol boats nearby.
